Returns & Refunds

If you receive an item from us that you are unhappy with for any reason please return it to us within 21 days from the date you placed your order. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all the original tags attached. Follow the steps below to lodge a return for an exchange, refund or store credit.

How do I return an item?

To start your return visit https://goondiwindicotton.com.au/pages/returns-portal 

You will need your

  1. 5 digit Invoice Number (You can find this number on your order or shipping confirmation email and on your invoice)
  2. Order email address
  3. Follow the steps below to lodge a return for an exchange, refund or store credit. 

Exchange

Follow the steps below if you would like to exchange your item for a different size in the same style or a different style of the same or lesser value.

  1. Enter your details 
  2. Select the item you want to exchange 
  3. Select ‘Return for Exchange’
  4. Exchange your item
    • for a different size in the same style or;
    • a different style in another collection.

Note:  If you want to exchange for a higher priced item, please select ‘Exchange for Store Credit’

Refund or Store Credit

  1. Enter your details 
  2. Select the item you want to exchange 
  3. Select “return for store credit” or “Original Payment Method Refund”

Original Condition

For Hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including

  • All skincare products
  • Caps, hats & beanies

If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return. In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached. 

Damaged Or Faulty Items

We're really sorry if you've received a damaged or faulty item.
Please return the item to us as soon as possible so we can get this sorted for you. Don't forget to select ’Damaged Item’ as your reason for return.
Once you’ve selected ’Damaged Item’ as your return reason, you will then need to provide us with an image of the fault/issue.  We will then review your faulty garment and send you a return label once approved.

Do I pay for my return shipping? 

* If you have changed your mind, the item does not suit you or you have ordered the wrong size, you will need to pay for the return postage.
* If the item is faulty in some way or we have made a mistake with your order, we will be happy to reimburse you for the cost of the postage.

When will my return be processed?

* As soon as your return arrives, we will aim to process your refund within the next 2 business days.

* Refunds will be issued to the payment facility that was used for the original purchase.

* Please allow 3-5 working days for refunds to show in your account due to Paypal and Bank processing time.

Can I exchange or refund an item purchased from a stockist?

If you have purchased an item from one of our stockists, whether it is faulty or you have just changed your mind, you will need to return that garment to that stockist. Any exchange or refund will then be at the discretion of the stockist.

Can I return something after 21 days?

If you request a return for an item during the above time frames but you can't return it to us for some reason, please get in touch - but any return will be at our discretion.

We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

Classic quality

This quality roll neck has been a fantastic addition to my winter wardrobe. Lightweight enough to wear under a jacket but cosy. It has attracted many compliments for its perfect fit and colour combination.

Perfect Style Superb Quality

I purchased this colour and also the navy and stripe. These are true to size. I find them flattering on their own with pants or a skirt. They also are practical to keep warm under a loose shirt . Very happyvwith the purchase.

Warm, great to wear out and about or when slounging.

I love this. I love the combo of colours, bought navy pants so I can wear it more. It is just that bit more cost and soft than all cotton. I am enjoying the collar and look forward to wearing it all winter with my possum/silk/merino cardigan. Excellent quality, both of fabric, cut and stitching.

Stipe cashmere/ cotton skivvy.

Love the feel of this skivvy and it’s so versatile to wear with a vest for more warmth or without a vest it also looks really smart
