Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all the original tags attached. Follow the steps below to lodge a return for an exchange, refund or store credit.

If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return. In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached.
We're really sorry if you've received a damaged or faulty item.
Please return the item to us as soon as possible so we can get this sorted for you. Don't forget to select ’Damaged Item’ as your reason for return.
Once you’ve selected ’Damaged Item’ as your return reason, you will then need to provide us with an image of the fault/issue. We will then review your faulty garment and send you a return label once approved.
* If you have changed your mind, the item does not suit you or you have ordered the wrong size, you will need to pay for the return postage.
* If the item is faulty in some way or we have made a mistake with your order, we will be happy to reimburse you for the cost of the postage.
* As soon as your return arrives, we will aim to process your refund within the next 2 business days.
* Refunds will be issued to the payment facility that was used for the original purchase.
* Please allow 3-5 working days for refunds to show in your account due to Paypal and Bank processing time.
If you have purchased an item from one of our stockists, whether it is faulty or you have just changed your mind, you will need to return that garment to that stockist. Any exchange or refund will then be at the discretion of the stockist.
If you request a return for an item during the above time frames but you can't return it to us for some reason, please get in touch - but any return will be at our discretion.
We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
