The Women Behind the Label: Meet the Team In Goondiwindi - Part 2

The Women Behind the Label

At Goondiwindi Cotton, we pride ourselves on good ol' fashion customer service. Family owned and operated, our office is open six days a week to deliver our timeless collection to customers with a smile.

This season, we meet the group of women who work behind the scenes to pack, process, manage in-store, warehouse and online sales, all in a days work. These ladies work tirelessly to provide customers and retailers with friendly, helpful service, only a phone call away.

Read on to meet the team and discover their
favourite pieces for the winter ahead.

Lee Tyer, Warehouse Manager

Lee joined the Goondiwindi Cotton team in 2018. Lee is our super organised, very detail oriented Warehouse Manager. When she is not managing the large volume of stock that enters through our doors twice a year (that's over 60,000 garments), she is helping retailers and customers with ordering garments. Lee's also the sole custodian of the Goondiwindi Cotton lolly jar!

Dana Donpon, Marketing Executive

Dana is our dedicated and extremely proficient Marketing Executive affectionately known as super-admin! Dana is passionate about all things IT and is the go-to girl for all online enquiries. With a love for all thing's neutral, Dana's style is on point!

Paula Tulloch, Goondiwindi Cotton Store Manager

Paula has been the Store Manager at Goondiwindi Cotton for 6 years. Paula is the face of our flagship store. When she isn't serving customers with her calm and friendly presence, you can find her updating the store front and baking delicious cakes & slices for the office.

Madeline Campbell, Customer Service Consultant

Madeline is the newest member of our team and the friendly voice answering all of our online customer enquiries. If you're struggling to find your size or simply have a query about your order, Maddy is only too happy to help. In her spare time, she also picks, packs and processes all online orders and assists the marketing team.

Mary-Anne Brown, Warehouse Assistant

Mary-Anne has been working casually at Goondiwindi Cotton for 3 years and has recently come on as full-time member much to our delight. Mary-Anne wears many hats - from assisting Lee in the warehouse, to helping Paula in the shop, and packing online orders with Madeline, she really is everyone's right-hand woman and we couldn't do it without her!
