Shipping & Delivery

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $200 within Australia. For orders under $200, a flat rate of $14.95 applies.

Please note: Skincare items are excluded from free shipping. A flat rate of $14.95 will be applied to any order containing skincare.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on full-priced items within 21 days of purchase, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Please note: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Visit our Returns Portal and follow the instructions. You'll need your order number and email address.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?

Yes, exchanges are available for different sizes or colours, subject to stock availability. Please submit your request via our Returns Portal.

How do I find the right size?

Our sizes are based on Australian sizing most product pages include a garment-specific measurement guide. For general body sizing and international size conversion please refer to our Size Guide.

What if I'm between sizes?

If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for a more fitted look or sizing up for a relaxed fit.

Do you offer petite or sizes above 20?

Our current size range is 8–20 for Womens and S–XXL for Mens. We are continually reviewing customer feedback to expand our size offering.

Product Care

How should I care for my Goondiwindi Cotton garments?

For most products, we recommend a cold gentle machine wash with like colours. Avoid bleach and tumble drying. Always refer to the care label for specific instructions.

Can I iron my garments?

Yes, for most garments we recommend using a warm iron on the reverse side. For best results, iron while slightly damp.

Most of our team is based in Goondiwindi, Queensland, Australia including our founder, Sam. We also have team members in Melbourne and collaborate with talented individuals across Australia.

All garments are designed, developed, tested, and fitted in Goondiwindi and Melbourne.

Where are your items shipped from?

All online and wholesale orders are picked and packed in Goondiwindi.

Are your products made in Australia?

We proudly partner with trusted suppliers in India and China, with offices in Hong Kong. These long-standing relationships allow us to maintain our high standards while expanding into 100% Linen styles and premium Knitwear collections—made possible by advanced offshore manufacturing capabilities.
