If you receive an item from us that you are unhappy with for any reason please return it to us within 21 days from the date you placed your order. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all the original tags attached. Follow the steps below to lodge a return for an exchange, refund or store credit.
If you select the option"Return For Store Credit"you will receive a STORE CREDITto be used on our website.
If you are wanting your returned items to be refunded, you need to select the option"Return For Refund". This will allow us to process a refund back to the payment method you used when ordering.
Please read what you are selecting before going forward through the returns portal as this is what we will be processing.
How do I return an item?
Please read all of our conditions below on returning items.
Then you will need to go through our Returns Portal.
You will need your:
- 5 digit Order/Invoice Number (You can find this number on your order or shipping confirmation email and on your invoice)
- Order email address

Exchange
Follow the steps below if you would like to exchange your item for a different size in the same style or a different style of the same or lesser value.
1. Enter your details
2. Select the item you want to exchange
3. Select ‘Return for Exchange’
4. Exchange your item for a different size in the same style or; a different style in another collection.
Note: If you want to exchange for a higher priced item, please select ‘Exchange for Store Credit’ and then you can purchase that item once you have received your Store credit.
Store credit
Follow the steps below if you would like to receive a Store Credit to use at our store in the future.
1. Enter your details
2. Select the item you want to return
2. Select ‘Return for Store Credit’
A code will then be emailed to you. To use your Store Credit, all you need to do is enter the code into the "Gift card or discount" box to redeem.
Store Credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Refund
Follow the steps below if you would like to receive a Refund back to your original payment method.
1. Enter your details
2. Select the item you want to return
2. Select ‘Return for Refund’
Your Refund may take up to a week to process and will go back into the payment method used for your order.
Returns Conditions & Other FAQs
Original condition
If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return. In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached.
Examples of items that are not in original condition include:
- Worn
- Washed
- Damaged (Pulled seams or tears)
- Scrunched into bags
- Tags pulled off or damaged
- Covered in pet hair
- Covered in makeup
For Hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including
- All skincare products
- Caps, hats & beanies
- Camis & Slips
Damaged or faulty items
We're really sorry if you've received a damaged or faulty item.
Please lodge a return for the item as soon as possible so we can get this sorted for you. Don't forget to select 'Damaged Item' as your reason for return.
Once you’ve selected ’Damaged Item’ as your return reason, you will then need to provide us with an image of the fault/issue. We will then review your faulty garment and send you a return label once approved.
Do I pay for my return shipping?
If you have changed your mind, the item does not suit you or you have ordered the wrong size, you will need to pay for the return postage.
If the item is faulty in some way or we have made a mistake with your order, we will be happy to reimburse you for the cost of the postage
Can I return a garment bought from the outlet or sale?
Any item purchased from our Outlet or Sale sections are non-returnable. All sales on these garments are final and will only be refunded or swapped if found to be faulty. If an item/s from the Outlet or Sale section are returned they will be posted back to you at your own cost.
When will my return be processed?
As soon as your return arrives, we will aim to process your refund within the next 5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the payment facility that was used for the original purchase.
Please allow 3-5 working days for refunds to show in your account due to Paypal and Bank processing time.
Can I exchange or refund an item purchased from a stockist?
If you have purchased an item from one of our stockists, whether it is faulty or you have just changed your mind, you will need to return that garment to that stockist. Any exchange or refund will then be at the discretion of the stockist.
Can I return something after 21 days?
If you request a return for an item during the above time frames but you can't return it to us for some reason, please get in touch - but any return will be at our discretion.
We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
