In Goondiwindi, the day doesn’t rush in.

It builds slowly. Light stretches across the land, the air still holds a bit of cool, and there’s a quiet before everything begins.

Ellisa’s days follow that rhythm.

Working in the Goondiwindi Cotton store, Ellisa sees it all. Women dressing for work, for weekends, for travel, for everyday life. Ellisa understands what actually gets worn, what feels right from morning through to night, and what holds up well beyond a single moment.

This is Ellisa’s day, shaped by place, routine, and pieces that carry her from one part of the day to the next.

Morning Walk at The Botanical Gardens

Winter layers for cool mornings

The gardens are quiet at this hour. Footsteps on the path, birds moving through the trees, water close by. Nothing rushed, just a steady start before the day opens up.

There’s comfort in routine here, and in what Ellisa wears.

Wearing:
Rafter Cotton Trench Coat - Dark Navy
Travel Cotton Jersey Polo - Dark Navy/White
Rugged 1/2 Zip Cotton Sweater - Dark Navy
Barkly Cotton Track Pant - Dark Navy

A relaxed track suit, heritage rugby, and a cotton trench layered over. Warm enough for the morning air, breathable once the sun comes through. Pieces that sit well, move easily, and don’t need adjusting throughout the walk.

A Stop at The Larder Market

Jeans and a warm vest

On the way through town, Ellisa stops at The Larder.

It’s familiar. A place Ellisa returns to often. Good produce, something ready to take away, something to cook later. A quick visit, but never hurried.

Wearing:
The Heritage Quilted Vest - Travertine Micro Check
Pearl Ruffle Cotton Shirt - White
5 Pocket Jean - Chocolate

The denim holds its shape, the vest adds just enough warmth without feeling heavy. It’s practical, but still considered. Something that carries through the rest of the day without needing to rethink it.

In Store at Goondiwindi Cotton

Pants with a classic blouse and layered with a knitted vest

By mid-morning, Ellisa is in store.

The pace picks up from here. Women come in looking for something specific, or sometimes not knowing what they need at all. Ellisa works through it with them, piece by piece. What fits properly, what feels right, what they’ll actually wear once they get home.

It’s not about just creating a look. Ellisa focuses on getting it right for her customers.

Ellisa is on her feet all day, moving between fitting rooms, racks, and conversations. What Ellisa wears has to hold up to that.

Wearing:
Amber Merino Cotton Knit Vest - Covert Green
Pearl Ruffle Cotton Shirt - White
Workday Ponte Pant - Black

A ponte pant with a classic blouse, layered with a knit vest. The structure keeps it polished, while the stretch keeps it comfortable hour after hour. Layers can be adjusted as the temperature shifts, without losing that sense of being put together.

Lunch on the Macintyre River at Alfie's

Skirt, Blouse and Sweater

If there’s a break, Ellisa heads down to the river.

Lunch at Alfie’s is slower. Sitting outside, looking out over the water, letting the middle of the day stretch before heading back in.

It’s a reset, even if it’s brief.

Wearing:
Drover Brushed Merino Jumper - Harebell Blue/Acorn
Pearl Ruffle Cotton Shirt - White
Dance Linen Cotton Skirt - Country Club Print

A skirt with a blouse and sweater layered over. The skirt brings movement, the knit adds warmth. Together it feels balanced. Easy to wear sitting by the river, just as right heading back into store.

Evening at Queensland Hotel Goondiwindi

The Statement Dress

By the end of the day, the energy shifts again.

Work finishes, and Ellisa heads out. The QL is a regular spot. Easy, familiar, and always full of people you know.

Wearing a statement dress that holds its own. Clean lines, a strong silhouette, and something that feels right the moment it goes on.

“The new Country Club dress is divine. I knew from the moment I put it on it would be one I keep forever. The fabric feels beautiful, you can dress it up or down, and the cut is incredibly flattering. Light enough for warmer days, with enough weight to carry through winter with boots.”

Wearing:
Outpost Maxi Dress - Country Club Print

Real Women. Real Style. Real Life.

Ellisa’s day isn’t styled for a single moment.

It moves, shifts, and changes, just like real life.

From early mornings in the gardens to evenings at the QL, these are pieces worn across a full day. Comfortable enough to live in, considered enough to feel put together, and designed for the way we actually dress.

This is how we wear Goondiwindi Cotton.
