Full Price Items: 14 Days from the date you received your order.
Sale Items: No Refund / Exchange Only.

If you receive an item from us that you are unhappy with for any reason please return it to us within the timeframe noted above.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all the original tags attached.
If you would like a different size in the same style or a different style, please note this on your return form.

How do I return an item?
• To request a refund, use the Return Authority form that came with your parcel, and fill in your details.
• Put this form along with the item into a bag
• Send your item(s) to the address listed above.

Do I pay for my return shipping?
• If you have changed your mind, the item does not suit you or you have ordered the wrong size, you will need to pay for the return postage.
• If the item is faulty in some way or we have made a mistake with your order, we will be happy to reimburse you for the cost of the postage.

When will my return be processed?
• As soon as your return arrives, we will aim to process your refund within the next 2 business days.
• Refunds will be issued in the form of a cheque or credit card refund
• Please allow 3-5 working days for refunds to show in your account due to Pay Pal and Bank processing time.

Can I return a sale Item?
• There are no refunds on sale items, however we are happy to exchange.
