BEHIND THE SEAMS: Supporting Regional Australia For Over 30 Years

To celebrate Australia Day, we're taking a look back at our heritage in the Goondiwindi Region. When you shop with us, you’re not only supporting local jobs and industries, you're supporting the creative fabric of regional Australia, making it a more vibrant place to live.

The Coulton family have been farming in the Goondiwindi Region since 1924 and were amongst the first to grow cotton in the region. In 1989, the family made a decision to diversify operations beyond the farm gate. Sam Coulton, the eldest brother of five, saw an opportunity to expand operations from field to fabric. Sam was passionate about creating a quality cotton garment, for men and women, that would put Goondiwindi on the map.

Today, design, logistics, marketing and customer service departments all remain in Goondiwindi and support the employment of local people. Alongside these departments, we use the services of local businesses for freight, graphic design, postage and printing, to deliver over 50,000 garments Australia wide.

To connect the process from field to fabric for our customers and to support local tourism, we also operate Goondiwindi Farm and Town Tours showcasing our property to over 2,500 visitors annually.

Yours is a great local story that has endured & thrived since 1924 as is documented in this wonderful tribute to Goondiwindi Cotton & the Gundy community.
Thanks & Congratulations
