Goondiwindi Cotton recently hosted its new season launch event against the backdrop of its flagship store in the heart of Goondiwindi. Featuring special guest, fashion influencer, model, and Australian Style Institute 2020 Stylist of the Year, Brooke Falvey (what_brooke_wore), the evening went off with a bang to celebrate the change of season.
The event attracted a lot of familiar faces and loyal Goondiwindi Cotton customers who had a front-row seat to learn first-hand how easy it is to style your wardrobe with pieces from our AW22 collection
Brooke said; 'this seasons collection is all about effortless styles and fresh silhouettes creating a new wardrobe with an invigorated collection of Australian designed Autumn/Winter pieces, specialising in the use of natural fibres'.

Brooke described her style as,
‘timeless with a focus on pieces in classic cuts and styles, feminine with a side of preppy glamour’.

Local friends of the store and models for the night, Cathy Holcombe and Elspeth Barker were styled in three looks for the evening. Brooke paired each outfit with Frankie4 footwear and accessories to complete the look, perfect for a casual autumn day or a chic ladies luncheon with friends.
For Cathy’s first look, Brooke styled her in our 5% Merino 45% Cotton High Neck Jumper and our 98% Cotton 2% Spandex 5 Pocket Jean. To dress up the look, Brooke added a statement scarf, suede hat and heeled boots which instantly elevated her outfit.
Brooke also showed how to create multiple looks featuring our best-selling 100% Cotton Raglan Sleeve Stripe Tee . She highlighted to the audience how easy pattern contrasting can be, pairing one look with our 100% Cotton Grand Fleur Wide Leg Pant and the second with our 100% Cotton Wide Leg Pant in Navy. To complete the look, she simply paired the outfit with our 55% Merino 45% Cotton Longline Cardigan , a crossbody bag and delicate necklace. 
Another simple look featured our 100% Linen Relaxed Collared Dress. Such a gorgeous dress on its own or (as Brooke showed our audience), for a transeasonal look, pair suede heeled boots, a gold crossbody bag and denim jacket for a completely fresh take.
Last but not least, Brooke styled Cathy in our 100% Cotton Round Neck Solid Sweatshirt in Navy and 100% Cotton Track Pant in Navy, to perfect this seasons elevated athleisure look.
Brooke finished off Cathy’s outfit in one of her own beige trench coats, bright pink bag and white sneakers.
