Goondiwindi came together in style for Glam @ Gourmet, part of the much-loved Gourmet in Gundy festival. More than just a fashion event, it was an evening that celebrated creativity, food and the strong sense of community that makes our region so special.

Our brand-new Goondiwindi Cotton showroom set the scene, filled with hundreds of guests who arrived ready for an evening to remember. The elegant sounds of Cr Phil O’Shea on the grand piano set the tone for an evening. Local boutiques showcased their latest collections in a runway full of colour and style.

The evening was guided with warmth and humour by hosts Julia Spicer OAM and Dr Charles Mudimu, who kept the crowd entertained between runway moments. The Larder Goondiwindi prepared a menu that was as thoughtful as it was delicious, reminding us of the incredible food culture we are lucky to enjoy locally. And behind it all, Rotary Goondiwindi worked with care to ensure every detail came together.

The response was overwhelming, with more than twice the number of people expected joining us for the night. But beyond the glamour, food, and music, what shone brightest was community spirit. Events like these remind us why Goondiwindi is regional Australia at its best: connected, creative, and proud.

To the boutiques, sponsors, visitors and every person who joined us in the showroom — thank you for making Glam @ Gourmet such a success. We look forward to welcoming you back next year for another evening of connection, creativity and celebration.
